Services
Everything Papalocal does for your business.
One app for your customers, calls, reviews, jobs, money and crew, all working off the same customer list. Here is every part of it, in plain words.
Customers and sales
AI Outreach in test
The AI writes and sends the first text to someone on your list. The moment that person answers, the AI stops and a person takes over the conversation.
Book them again
The customers whose date from a past year comes round again soon — from a spreadsheet you brought in, a booking you took, or a job you finished. Each row shows when it was, how long ago, what they had last time, and whether they have booked since, with one tap to email, call or text them, or to rest them until later. Across the top: how the asking has gone — asked, reached them, opened it, booked after, bounced.
Business contacts and invites
A business's contact records, and the invite links that let a contact claim their own Papalocal account.
Campaigns
Build a list of the people or businesses you want to reach, then send them a text or an email on a schedule you set. Everyone who replies lands in one queue for a person to answer.
Contacts
Every person your business deals with, in one book — with five ready-made lists instead of one flat page: who to call right now, who's stuck mid-deal, who's due to come back, your best customers, and who just had a good job done and hasn't been asked for a review yet. Each person has a page with their phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes and history.
Coupons
Discount codes a business creates and attaches to quotes and bookings.
Customers & Leads
Your book of business, with each person marked as a lead or a customer — so you can see who you're still chasing and who already pays you. It's the record that stays with the business rather than living in one person's phone.
Deals
Create an offer — a percentage or a dollar amount off — with a limit per person, a total number available and an end date. People grab it and redeem it, including in person.
Follow-up list
One screen of what needs chasing today for your business: bills that are past due, customers whose email or phone stopped working, and quotes nobody has answered. Each row says who it is, how much and how late, and you can snooze a row until you want to see it again.
Interactions
Every touch with a customer on one timeline — calls, AI calls, texts, emails and in-person visits — with who on your team did it and what came of it. Each touch can be closed out with a plain result like quote sent, appointment booked, or quote accepted.
Open Referrals
Referrals posted without a partner attached. Any business can search them by service, town, county and date, and claim one.
Partner Search
Search every business on Papalocal — including ones that have not claimed their page yet — and send a partner request from the results. Each result is badged as already a partner, request pending, or not connected.
Partners
A standing link between your business and another business, so the two of you can hand each other customers. Both sides have to say yes before anything is live, and each side writes down what it recommends the other for.
Pipeline
A drag-and-drop board of the deals you're working, one card per person, moving left to right through your own stages until it's won or lost. Cards can be created for you when a quote goes out, a job finishes, an invoice is paid or a call comes in.
Quotes
Build a priced quote line by line, send it to the customer, and see whether it was sent, accepted, rejected or has gone stale. Quotes that go quiet get chased on a follow-up schedule you set.
Referrals
Hand a customer who needs something you don't do to a business you partner with. The business that receives the lead tracks it from first call through to sold, with the dollar value.
Who changed what in test
Every job, visit, invoice, quote and client keeps a history of who deleted, closed, reopened, rescheduled or changed it, when, and whether it came from the web, the app or Jobber.
Calls and messages
AI Call Assistant
Keep your own cell number, forward the calls you don't pick up, and an AI answers in your business's voice. You tell it about the business in a handful of plain questions, and every answered call comes back to you as a logged call with a summary.
Business Inbox
One screen with every customer conversation your business is having. You read and reply as the business, not as yourself.
Call settings
Make a named group of call settings — the greeting, how long it rings, what happens outside your opening hours, whether calls are recorded and transcribed, what voicemail says, and whether a missed caller gets a text back — then tick which of your numbers use it. Change it once and the numbers on it follow. Copy one to start a new variation, and a set cannot be deleted while a number is still using it.
Call System
Buy local phone numbers for your business and choose what happens when one rings: ring a real phone, hand the call to your AI assistant, or play a message. Numbers can take texts too.
Call Tracking
Every call to your business is logged — who called, when, how long, whether it was answered or missed, and which ad or sign it came from. You can turn on recording and a written transcript per number.
Customer Line
One conversation between a business and each of its customers that never closes. Messages, photos and video go both ways, and the records of the work the business sends land in that same thread.
Email
Connect your Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, iCloud or any other mailbox and read and send it here. An AI labels what arrives, adds the people you email most to your contacts, and flags threads nobody answered.
Email Sync
Connect the business's mailboxes — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, iCloud, AOL, ProtonMail or any standard mail server — and read, send and reply from Papalocal. AI helpers can sort the mail, score leads, draft replies, flag threads that went quiet and send a daily digest.
Emails Papalocal sent for you
See every email Papalocal sent on your business's behalf in the last 90 days — when it went, who it went to, what it was about, and what happened to it: delivered, opened, a link clicked, bounced, or never left, with the mail server's own reason when one bounces. Open any one exactly as the customer saw it, and press each link in it to check where it goes.
Texts
See every text between your business and a customer as one conversation, newest first, with the person's name from your contacts instead of a bare number. Messages that came through your tracking service and messages Papalocal carried appear in the same thread, because the same person is the same person.
Voice menus
Build what a caller hears before anyone picks up — "for a quote press 1, for an existing job press 2" — and choose where each key sends them: the people who answer, another menu, voicemail, a different number, or a polite goodbye. Callers can say it instead of pressing. You decide what happens when someone presses a wrong key, and every menu puts a label on the call so you find out what people are actually ringing about.
Website Chat Widget
A chat box on your own website where an AI answers questions using what it knows about your business, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. You can watch it live and take over mid-conversation.
Reviews and Google
AI Review Replies
AI writes a reply to each of your Google reviews and posts it under your business name. You can read and send each one yourself, or switch on automatic replying.
GBP Maintenance
Papalocal's team runs your Google Business Profile for you, month to month — the posts, the photos, the profile details, and the listings and citations that point at it. You grant access once and watch the work land as orders in your account.
Google Business Profile
Connect your Google Business Profile and run it from Papalocal — write and schedule posts, add photos, set regular and holiday hours, answer questions, and see how the profile performed. More than one location can be connected.
Listings
Straight buy-and-sell listings for one-off items, shown alongside local shops in the same browse, with buyers contacting the seller directly.
Photos & Videos on Your Business Page
Add photos and video to the business's own page so people can see the work before they call.
Q & A
Questions and answers kept on the business. Someone asks, the business answers, and the answer stays on the record with its follow-ups.
QR Designer
Put a QR code for any link onto a print-ready layout — business card, postcard, flyer, yard sign, T-shirt back, banner — then print it yourself or order it printed and shipped.
Rank Reports / Geo Grid (Rank Map)
Pick a keyword and a patch of your service area, and Papalocal checks where you rank on Google at every point of a grid and draws it as a coloured map. You also see every competitor's rank at each of those points, how it's moved over time, and who's winning.
Review link builder
Turns a link to a business's Google listing into the direct 'write a review' link, and uses it for review requests.
Reviews & Ratings
Collect ratings and reviews for the business, and point customers at whichever review page you choose — Google, Yelp, Facebook or Trustpilot — with a link or an employee's QR code. AI can draft the replies to Google reviews.
Jobs and schedule
Assignments
Put names on a job visit and hand out the gear that goes with it — who is lead, who is a tech, which vehicle, which equipment. The person in the field moves themselves along as assigned, on the way, on site, done.
Job Reports (House Fax)
At the end of a job, the crew adds photos, video and notes and the customer gets a branded write-up of the work they can keep. The business can also hand the customer a code to scan to leave a review.
Jobs
The work itself — one record per job, with its visits, crew, line items, linked quote and invoice. Eight ready-made views answer the different questions: what's on today, what's running, what needs attention, what's finished, what repeats, and how the month is going.
Jobs and visits
Scheduled jobs and the visits that make them up, including the texts that go to the customer and the invoicing that follows.
Online service booking
A customer books a job from the business's own booking page, or from a form embedded on the business's website. The booking is written onto the business's schedule as a real job and visit at the held time, and can be pushed into Jobber.
Other companies on your job in test
When you hire another company for part of a job — a tent company, a bull company — you add them to the job, put in what they charge you, and send them their own link. They see the address, the day and what they're paid, and they tell you what time they'll arrive. They never see your customer's name or number, and your customer still gets one invoice from you.
Ready to invoice in test
Finished jobs line up on one list a set number of days after the visit, each with its price and its line items already filled in, plus a note on anything odd — a $0 total, a price that doesn't match the quote, a missing email, a service call. Tick the ones that look right and send them all with one button, or skip one and undo it later. You can also let it do the unflagged ones for you every hour and keep the rest waiting for you.
Rental bookings
Online and staff-entered bookings for a rental business: prices, delivery, deposit, tax, the customer's booking form and the money owed.
Schedule
A calendar and dispatch board for the business — every job visit and event on a day, week or map view, with a lane per person so you can see who's booked and who's free. It warns you before you double-book someone and lets a manager drag a visit to a new time.
Tasks
Task lists for you and for any group you are part of — your own, your family's, your team's, your church's, or your business's. A task carries a due date, a priority, photos and a running set of dated notes.
Tasks
A task board for the office and the crew — cards move across columns as work moves along. Anyone on the team can see what's assigned, claim something unclaimed, add a note and mark it done.
Getting paid
Customer card fees in test
A business can add a card convenience fee to what a customer pays by credit card, stated to the customer before they pay and itemised everywhere money is discussed.
Finance Hub for your business
Connect the business bank and card accounts and see balances, transactions, cash flow and net worth in one picture. Photograph a receipt and it gets read and filed against the money already there.
Invoices
Bill your customers and see the money in eleven ready-made views — how the month is going, who owes you, who's late, what's still a draft, what's been paid, what's coming out of the bank, what repeats, and the same money broken out by customer, by job and by crew member.
Invoices & getting paid
Send an invoice, or ask for money from just a name, phone, email and amount. The customer pays from a link or saves their own card, and the business can charge that saved card later.
Invoices and pay links
Invoices a business sends, and the public pay page a customer uses to pay them.
Payments
Your customer pays you by tapping a link — no account, no login, no app. The money goes straight into your own payment account; Papalocal never holds it. You can also send a link that just puts their card on file so you can charge the balance later.
Receipt Scan
Photograph a receipt and AI reads it, then files it against the card charge it belongs to — splitting one charge into the separate things it actually paid for.
Send an invoice in test
Email a customer their invoice with a Pay button. They see what it is for line by line, and pay without making an account or a password. Send it again any time.
What you've paid a contractor
Write down every payment you make to someone you pay directly — cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, a bank transfer — on their own page, with the running total for the year. From the payroll report, a contractor's week of hours can be recorded as one payment in a press.
Your team
Applicants
Everyone who applied, on one board you move people across as they progress — nine stages from new through hired. Open any person to read their resume, their assessment answers and their voice recording, leave notes, and set up an interview.
Certifications
The record of who holds what. A credential is issued the moment someone finishes a course, with an issue date and an optional expiry, and it can be revoked. The business sees everything it has issued and whether each one is still good.
Circles
Group feeds. You're in a circle for your city, county, state and country automatically, worked out from your address, and a business can run a circle for its team. Posts, comments, and the local businesses in your place.
Employees
Your roster — everyone who works for you, the role each one holds, and what that role is allowed to see and do. Each person's page carries their skills, their credentials, the gear signed out to them and their own numbers.
Hiring
Post a job for free and run the whole opening from one screen — write the description with AI help, see how the job is doing, and take it down when it's filled. Each job also gets a public page on a jobs board that's organized by town and by trade.
Ideal Candidates
Before the first resume arrives, AI writes the profile of the person you should be looking for in that specific job — twelve traits, each weighted. Applicants are then scored against that profile.
Interview (public applicant funnel) in test
A public page where someone can apply without having an account: they answer your assessment questions, record a voice answer, and pick an interview time, then get a text and an email confirming it. Everything they do lands on your applicant board.
Office Stats in test
A board for how the office side is running — calls answered, talk time and other counted activity per person, pulled from the call tracking you already run.
Policies & Handbook in test
Post a policy to your company's own feed, mark it must-read, and collect a tap from each person saying they read it. The post carries a running count of how many of the team have acknowledged it.
Team Chat (Talk / Circles)
A group feed for your business where the team talks — announcements, training, policies, schedules, wins and questions. A manager can mark a post must-read and see exactly who has acknowledged it.
Time Clock
Staff clock in and out from their phone, with paid breaks and lunch, and the location is captured at each punch. They can fix their own entry and every change is kept, and managers pull the hours into a payroll report.
Training
Build your own courses — lessons to read, videos to watch, quizzes with a pass mark — and either open them to the whole roster or assign them to named people. Progress is tracked step by step, and finishing issues a credential.
Trainings & Courses
Courses you take on Papalocal — built by a business for its team, or by Papalocal itself. Each one is a set of steps: something to read, a video to watch, a quiz that grades itself. Finish them all and a certificate is issued.
Your website
Bring a website over in test
Copy an existing website into Papalocal — its pages, its words and every address exactly as it is — then check nothing was lost before you point the domain here. The old website keeps serving the whole time.
Keep your home address off your website
One switch takes your street address off your website — the bottom of every page, your contact details, and the hidden information search engines read. Your town and state stay, so people can still find you locally.
Papalocal Websites
A website built from what Papalocal already holds about a business, church, team, club or school — pages, services, prices, hours, staff, menu, photos, events and news — with a screen the owner uses to change the words, pick a design, connect their own domain and publish.
Set it yourself
Open any part of your website and set its colours, text size, weight, letter spacing, shadow, corner rounding, borders, the space on each side, how tall and how wide. Pick a picture from your own photos, add rows of points, and drag parts up and down.
Specials on your website in test
The specials a business types in itself, plus the deals it made in Papalocal Deals, shown as a section on its own website — for salons, restaurants, clinics, law firms, studios, rental businesses and contractors.
Ten looks for your website in test
Pick how your business website looks from ten designs made for home-service work, and switch between them any time without redoing your words or photos. A new site starts on the design that suits your trade, and there is a starting set of services and wording for every kind of home-service business — from plumbing and roofing to junk removal, chimneys, snow and garage doors.
What your website can do in test
On your website's own screen, a list of everything a customer can do on your site — send you a message, pay a bill, book a time, sign a waiver, and more coming — with a tick beside the ones that are on and a link to switch on the ones that aren't. Anything not built yet says so instead of pretending.
More
A business's events
The events a business is hosting and the ones it has said it is going to, on its own page.
A website built for a real estate agent in test
An agent or brokerage gets a website shaped around how they work — how they help, the towns they cover, their people, their reviews and their photos — instead of a contractor's quote form.
Account Executive
A business can be assigned an account executive who does the setup work for them. A person can also apply to become one, list the services they offer with their own prices, and earn a cut of every sale they bring in.
Addresses
The places the business is tied to — shops, yards, storage, job sites — each kept as its own record with its own history, and usable as a place to assign gear or hold stock.
Affiliate Program
Pick an offer from a local business — a product, a service or a subscription — share your own link for it, and earn a commission when someone buys through that link. Money is paid out to your bank account once a month.
Affiliates
Run a full affiliate program: build a sales page, set what a lead and a sale pay, let people sign up to promote it, and pay them into their bank account.
AI Academy in test
Courses that teach you to use AI at work, with an AI tutor beside the lesson and an AI grader that scores your practice against a rubric. Finish a track and you get a certificate with a public link.
Analytics in test
One page for a business that gathers the numbers it already has in Papalocal — money taken in and paying customers, reviews and star rating, customers on file, linked bank accounts and cash position, team size and leadership, insurance policies and premiums — with a month-over-month arrow on each number. Anything not connected yet is listed underneath with a link to set it up.
Anything else
A part of your website that holds whatever you want to say: a heading, your own words, a row of short points, one of your photos, a button and a link to a video. Nothing is filled in for you.
Ask for a look
Type what you want — 'make this louder and centred' — and your website shows you what it would change before it changes anything. Press Use this to keep it, or Undo to put it back.
Ask for a W-9
Send a contractor a private link and they fill in their own W-9 — no account, no password. Their tax number arrives encrypted, and you only ever see the last four digits.
Asset history and what it's all worth
A running history on every item — repairs, damage, loss, transfers, what it cost — plus a view of what the whole pile is worth, where it sits on a map, and every photo of it.
Auctions
Wholesale car-auction inventory, listed publicly so anyone can search it. Three searches are free, then you sign up — and the sign-up hands you to the dealer, who bids on the car for you.
Billing & Add-ons
One place for everything the business pays Papalocal: the plan, the balance it spends from, every add-on switched on, and the history of what was charged.
Billing & Wallet
Your Papalocal balance and your bill in one place — what AI use has drawn down, the plans and add-ons you carry, your payment method, and auto-recharge when the balance runs low.
Books
Your bank feed turns itself into a real set of books: a profit and loss for any month, a balance sheet, cash flow, and the ability to close a month so the numbers stop moving. You can export it as a CSV or a PDF, and click any line to see the transactions behind it.
Bring a podcast you already have
Already running a podcast somewhere else? Paste its RSS address and your episodes appear in Papalocal with their titles, notes and dates. New ones are picked up on their own twice a day. Nothing moves or changes anywhere else — your feed stays exactly where it is, and you can stop the checking whenever you like without losing what came in.
Business Profile
Every business on Papalocal has a public page — name, contact details, hours, services, photos, reviews, and a line a customer can message them on. The owner can claim theirs and control what it says.
Check-out and assignment
Sign a tool, a machine or a truck out to a person, onto a truck, or to a location, and sign it back in. Every hand-off is kept with who did it and when.
Clubs & Meets
Business groups and networking meetups. A club has its own page, members and feed; a meetup is somewhere you check in, book a time with another business, and leave a review.
Co-Op Membership
One flat monthly membership for a business — $30 a month plus $10 for each person on the crew, with the first person free. It turns on the crew chat circle, time tracking, trainings, the review QR code and leaderboard, and basic AI call answering, and it drops the price on other add-ons.
Connect the tools you already use
Link the software a business is already paying for so its customers, jobs and calls flow into Papalocal instead of being typed in twice. The deepest of these is the connection to Jobber, which keeps customers, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices and payments in step both ways.
Customer is collecting it
Mark a booking as collected by the customer and nobody gets sent out. Instead you get a reminder on your own task list to have it ready, on the day, at the time they are coming.
Documents
Your files kept in one place, with control over who you share each one with.
Documents
The business's files in one place, shared with the people you choose, and sent out to be signed. You can see who signed, who declined, and who still owes you a signature.
Documents and signing
A business creates a reusable signing link for a waiver, agreement or contract, and chooses whether signing needs a Papalocal account.
Equipment
The machines the work runs on, each with a serial number, condition, what powers it, and the hours it has been run. A machine can be recorded as living on a particular truck.
Feature Licenses
Put money toward a feature before it's built. Once enough people have committed and every one of them re-confirms, everybody is charged and the build starts. Licence holders get early access and a share of that feature's revenue until they've been paid back twice what they put in.
Goals
Goals for the business or for one person, each broken into action items with a date, a way to measure it and someone watching. You move a goal along stages as it goes and add notes on the way.
Import
Bring the customers you already have into Papalocal. Connect Jobber and your clients, their quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, payments and payouts flow in on their own and keep flowing as things change. The contacts page also takes a spreadsheet upload.
Import rental items from a website in test
A rental business types a website address — its own or a partner it rents from — and sees the items with photo and price, grouped by that site's categories. It adds a markup, ticks what it wants, confirms it may use the photos, and the items arrive as drafts to check before customers can book them.
Insurance
The business's insurance kept in one place — every policy, carrier, premium, deductible and renewal date. Upload a declaration page and the details are read off it, ask a plain question about what's covered, and get a check for gaps before a renewal comes round.
Intro Videos
Record or upload a short video introduction for your business that plays on your page and in the sign-up flow.
Knowledge
A place to put what your business knows — how you price, what you do, the answers you give over and over — and it's what the assistant on your website answers customers from.
Knowledge Base
A running history for every person, business, address, phone number, email and thing in your world — notes, facts and what happened, with an AI summary and a trust, importance and risk read on each one.
Lead Auction in test
Buy customer enquiries by trade. A business enrols in a category and area, says what it will pay for a lead, and when someone finishes the enquiry form the top-ranked businesses are all rung at once — first to press 1 gets patched straight into the call. In test, insurance only.
Livestock
A register for animals the business owns, with the same page, photos and history as any other thing on the books.
Motorcycles, watercraft, off-road and RVs
Registers for the specialty machines a business owns, rents or resells — motorcycles, boats and personal watercraft, off-road vehicles and RVs — each with its own ID, condition and history.
My Stuff — the business inventory
One place for everything the business owns, from trucks and machines down to the box of parts on the shelf. Each thing gets its own page with photos, details, what it's worth and where it is right now.
Needs
See what people near you have posted that they need, and offer to do it.
One door to your business account in test
A button in Manage business opens your business's own page on the web, already signed in, where the plan, add-ons, card, wallet and bills all live together.
Papalocal Trusted in test
Apply to join a verified network of local pros. Once you are approved you accept the rate for your trade, set your budget, hours and service area, and customers are put through to you on a live call. If a lead was bad you dispute it, and an AI reads the recording and the intake before ruling.
Parts, materials and supplies
The consumable stock — parts, raw materials and supplies — counted, and moved between the shop, a truck or a job site with a record of each move.
Party invitations and RSVP
Book party rentals and you get your own invitation page to share. Give it a title and a message, then send the link by text or email, copy it, or print the QR code. Guests answer yes, maybe or can't make it, say how many adults and kids are coming, and leave a note — no account, no app. Once they answer they can see the address and add the party to their calendar, and you see who's coming. The rental business sees the head count on the booking.
Podcast OS
A place to read how good shows are actually made — what a show even is, the shapes an episode can be, how to start and end one, what holds somebody at minute eleven, the moves that get a guest talking and the habits that shut them down, how to record so it sounds real, what to cut, how people find a show, and what to do the day it goes wrong. The same craft your production team is reading when it works on your episodes.
Podcast Recorder and Shows in test
Record a podcast with other people in the browser, then publish it as a show with episodes. The AI writes the transcript and the show notes, and the show gets its own feed.
Products
The catalog of what the business sells — name, photos, categories, options and price — with a stock count that moves on its own as sales and returns happen.
Q&A / Knowledge
Questions and answers attached to a thing — a business, a town, a service, a skill, a team. Anyone can ask, answers and comments sit under the question, and categories keep them sorted.
Reports
Report pages on how the business is doing — calls and who handled them, employee and office stats, meetups, referrals, and where you show up on Google across a map of points.
Selling what's in the catalog in test
A storefront, cart and checkout for the products in the catalog, plus a counter till that draws down the same stock. In test, live in Georgia only.
Services
The list of what the business does, used on the public profile and in local search, and saved as reusable lines that drop straight into a quote or an invoice.
Settings, Setup and your business profile
The setup and settings behind everything else — your public page, hours, services, price list, locations, phone numbers and emails, who works there, and the other accounts you've connected. Plus the switches that decide what's visible.
Share Library
Upload your own photos and videos into a personal library, then pick one to attach whenever you share a link.
Show Studio in test
The recording side of a show: an always-on hot mic that keeps talk in ten-minute pieces, written transcripts, highlights picked out of them, and clips cut from the archive.
Storage tells you where it went
Your storage shows what is actually using it — backed-up photos, videos, job photos, call recordings, voice messages — with a size next to each, instead of one number.
Studios
Upload and watch video. Creators publish to their own channel, choose exactly who can see each video from seven levels, and can earn from subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips and ads, with monthly payouts.
Talent Posts (browse available people)
Browse people who have posted that they're looking for work in your area and your trade, and send them an inquiry. You see a partial profile until that person decides to show you the rest.
Tax IQ — Ask the Tax Code in test
Ask a question about federal tax in your own words and get an answer that quotes the actual sections of the tax code it came from, with the section text there to open and read. It also sits under the tax adviser in the money hub, so its suggestions carry the law they rest on.
The Guide in test
A step-by-step guide that teaches you how to use Papalocal — and it is written for whoever you are signed in as. A parent sees parent steps; a plumbing business sees plumbing-business steps; a church, a parent-led team, a city and a school each see their own. It follows who you are acting as, so switching to your business switches the guide with it. Any step you can't get to work, you say so right there, and that goes to the people who build it.
Think Tank
A place for the team to think a problem through together, with the AI writing up what came out of it.
Tools
The hand tools and small gear, each with a serial number, signed out to a person or onto a truck and signed back in.
Trailers
Every trailer the business owns, with its VIN, condition and status, and a record of which truck or crew has it.
Vehicles
Every truck, van and car the business runs or sells, each with its own page — VIN, mileage, service history, documents and the person driving it.
Video Ad Studio
Makes video ads. Pick one of six one-click recipes and get a 30-second ad in about a minute, or open the studio and build it scene by scene in a conversation, approving each change before it happens. It can generate its own video clips.
What the AI did on your show
Every call your show's AI team made, on the show itself: what it was told to be, what it was given, what it answered and where it looked — plus a 30-day count of what ran, how often it failed and how long it usually takes. A step that fails every single time it runs is called out in words.
Who should be on the show
Ask it who your show is missing and it names the kinds of guest that would fill a real gap, finds actual local people and businesses for each one with their phone number, email and website, and writes the note to send — a text, an email, and what to say if they pick up. It never contacts anybody: you do the reaching out, and you tell it how each one went.
Start with your customer list. Add the rest when you're ready.
$30 a month. Your data stays yours.
